You can view, unlock, and delete all locked or disabled user accounts. A user can be locked out for the following reasons:
The drop-down list enables you to filter the Locked Users display to show all locked users, or only administrator-disabled or agent-disabled users. You can view the following information about each locked user:

Description |
Name |
Displays the display name of the disabled user. |
Login Name |
Displays the login name of the disabled. |
Date Locked |
Displays the date this user was locked. |
You can perform the following actions on this page:
To
unlock or enable a user, select the user you want to unlock and click
Unlock.
To re-enable all users that were locked out by a user synchronization job that encountered errors, go to the Authentication Source Editor.
To
delete a locked user, click .
To select or clear all of the user check boxes, select or clear the check box to the left of Name.
