In order to view search results from a snapshot query, you must create an associated snapshot query portlet and place it on a portal page. The Snapshot Portlet List page lets you create snapshot query portlets to associate with this query. Users must have Select privilege on the portlet in order to add it to a page.
The administrative preferences on each snapshot query portlet allow you to select the fields displayed in the search results, as well as the fields that users can search on.
To create a snapshot query portlet associated with this snapshot query, click Create Content Snapshot Portlet. The portlet appears under Portlet List, and is also added to the same administrative folder as this snapshot query.
To delete a snapshot query portlet, you must delete it from the administrative folder that contains its associated snapshot query.
To set the administrative preferences of a snapshot query portlet, click the portlet name, then click the Edit button next to Configure this Portlet.
