Experts

You can add user links (allowing access to user profiles) to an Experience Definition or a Community Knowledge Directory folder:

1. In the Add Experts dialog box, navigate to the users you want to add as experts.

2. Check the boxes next to the users you want to add and click OK.

• To manage links for an Experience Definition:
1. Click Administration.
2. In the Select Utility drop-down list, click Experience Definition Manager.
3. Make sure the Experience Definition list is expanded and Experience Definition names display. If Experience Definition names do not display, click Experience Definition to expand the list.
4. In the Experience Definition list, click the desired Experience Definition.
5. On the left, under Edit Object Settings, click Edit Navigation Options.

6. Click Add Experts.

• To manage links for a Community Knowledge Directory folder:
1. Click My Communities and the name of the community you want view.
2. In the community pages list, click Community Members and Knowledge Directory.
3. Navigate to the folder you want to edit.
4. Click Edit.

5. Click Add Experts.
