To specify which properties are associated with which portal objects, perform any of the following actions:

• By default, the portal objects are sorted in ascending order. To toggle the order in which the objects are sorted, click Objects. The icon to the right of Objects signifies the current alphabetical sort order: ascending () or descending ().

• To the right of the portal object, you can see the properties that are currently associated with that object. To change the associated properties, click ; then, in the Choose Property dialog box, expand the folders as necessary, select the properties you want to associate with the object, and click Finish.

• To display the page associated with this help topic:

1. Click Administration.
2. In the Select Utility drop-down list, click Global Object Property Map.
