Portal Resources (Export)

To add portal objects to this migration package:

1. Under Resources, select the type of objects you want to add from the Select Resources drop-down list.

Note: You can also click Add All Approved to add objects that have been approved for migration in addition to the objects you are adding now.

2. In the dialog box, select the objects you want to add and click OK. To add an object, you must have at least Edit access to it.

• If the object is a folder, select Export Contents to export the folder's contents.

• To also export the object's dependencies, select Export Dependencies. Dependencies are any other objects that are required by the object you are exporting.

• To remove an object, select the object and click .

• To select or clear all of the object check boxes in a column, select or clear the check box above the column.

• To toggle the sort order of the objects, click Resources. The icon to the right of Resources signifies the current alphabetical sort order: ascending () or descending ().

3. Under Export Settings, select the checkbox if you also want to export parent folders of objects you marked for Export Dependencies. Otherwise, only references to those parent folders will be exported.

4. Click Finish. When you are asked to confirm that you want to export the specified objects, click OK.

5. When you are asked to download the package file, click Save, choose a location in which to save the file, and click Save again.
   
   Note: If the file does not download automatically, in the File Download dialog box, click the name of the file.
